14-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with GLAM of Scottsdale. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.

Shipping: Once your return is authorized, please carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds/Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
